All orders are final sale. 

All orders shipped to Canada include tracking by default. International orders must select the tracking option at checkout. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive your tracking information via email. We recommend tracking with each purchase as we are unfortunately not responsible for lost/ undelivered packages. 

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us and we can arrange a repair within reason.
